Talk to us about your AI software project

Whether you have a detailed brief or just a hunch that AI could help, we're happy to listen. The first conversation is always free.

How to reach us

We respond to emails within one business day. Phone calls go to a real person during office hours. If you prefer, fill in the form and we'll get back to you with available times for a call.

Availability and response times

We keep regular hours so you know when to expect a reply.

Monday to Friday

9:00 am to 5:30 pm AEST. Phone and email support. Same-day response for urgent production issues covered by a monitoring retainer.

Weekends

We don't take calls on weekends, but emails sent on Saturday or Sunday will be answered by 10:00 am Monday.

Public holidays

Closed on Victorian public holidays. If you have a production incident during a holiday, retainer clients can reach us via the emergency contact number in their service agreement.

Before you get in touch

A few things that help us give you a useful answer quickly:

Describe the problem, not the solution

Instead of "we need a neural network", tell us "we want to predict which customers will cancel next month". The problem statement lets us recommend the right approach, which might be simpler than you expect.

Mention your data situation

Even a rough description helps: "We have 18 months of sales data in a PostgreSQL database" or "Our records are in spreadsheets across three departments." If you're unsure what data you have, that's fine too. We can help you audit it.

Share any constraints

Budget range, deadline, compliance requirements (APRA, HIPAA, ISO 27001), or platform preferences. Knowing these early prevents wasted time on proposals that won't work for you.

No brief? No problem

If all you have is a vague idea that AI might improve something in your operations, that's enough to start a conversation. Half our projects began with a sentence like "I think there's a pattern in this data but I can't see it."
