Before the build starts, we give you a maximum cost estimate. If the project runs over due to something on our side, we absorb the extra hours. If scope changes come from your end, we discuss and agree on a revised cap before doing any additional work.
Prices listed here exclude GST. If your business is registered for GST, we add 10% to each invoice. International clients are not charged GST.
Proof-of-concept projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Production builds: fortnightly invoicing based on hours logged. Monitoring retainers: invoiced on the first of each month. We accept bank transfer and credit card.

A single-model project with one API endpoint typically costs between $25,000 and $45,000. Multi-model systems with several integrations and a custom front-end dashboard have ranged from $60,000 to $120,000 in our past projects.
We can usually give you a ballpark figure after the discovery call and a precise cap after the scoping workshop. If the number doesn't work for your budget, we'll suggest ways to reduce scope without gutting the value, like starting with one use case instead of three, or using a simpler model architecture that trades a small amount of accuracy for a large reduction in development time.
